Job Duties
- Involves all facets of the project, from up-front coordination during the design process through execution and closeout
- A significant portion of the position involves office support to the field to ensure efficient installations
- Communicates with customers, suppliers, and other team members
- Reviews submittals for completeness and compliance with drawings
- Processes submittals and keeps the project team informed of schedule needs
- Works closely with the Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads throughout the project
- Handles Request for Information (RFI) reviews, writing, logging, submitting, and tracking
- Understands scope changes in design documents
- Files project documentation
- Understands and communicates project schedule needs to subcontractors and suppliers
- Assembles operation and maintenance manuals
- Visits job sites approximately once per month to ensure projects are on track

Qualifications
- A Construction Management or Engineer degree is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members

- Strong organizational skills
- A basic understanding of the construction industry and familiarity with HVAC-related concepts
