How you will contribute
- Leverage networking and relationship management skills
- Develop and grow a customer base
- Meet with customers
- Establish and maintain relationships
- Generate sales
- Estimate projects
- Set up and close out projects
- Project manage the work you sell
- Cook up and coordinate installation with the field, suppliers, and other subcontractors
- Influence the financial performance of regional work
- Assume an active role in managing projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts
What you need to qualify
- Prior construction project management or sales experience with plumbing and HVAC related projects
- A post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of design
- Strong understanding of how to put together a disciplined estimate
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Estimated Compensation
- $97,800- $122,000 plus bonus/commission
- Vehicle allowance and gas card eligibility
