About the role

Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air offers a unique opportunity to learn a high-demand trade from industry leaders. The apprenticeship includes comprehensive training on installing and servicing heating and air conditioning systems from leading manufacturers like Trane, Mitsubishi, and Bosch, as well as plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

- Learn the basic skills needed to install and service HVAC systems. - Gain expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems. - Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners. - Work closely with experienced HVAC and Plumbing Technicians.

Requirements

- Reliability and motivation are key. - No prior experience in the trades is required.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

- 10-hour shifts. - 8-hour shifts. - Available Monday through Friday. - On-call schedule. - Overtime opportunities. - Weekend availability.

Pay

$17 - $19 per hour.
