HVAC Parts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up, track, and manage HVAC parts inventory
• Order, receive, and organize parts and materials
• Work closely with technicians and service teams to ensure parts availability
• Maintain accurate records in company systems
• Aid with loading/unloading parts and equipment as needed
• Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 25 ft. trucks when required

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer software systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age or older (per company driving policy)
• HVAC or parts coordination experience is a plus
