About the Role

Provides journeyman level work in the installation, maintenance, and service of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC) systems, including Centrifugal Chillers and Pumps, VFD’s, Boilers, Water Treatment Controllers, Kitchen Equipment, EMCS Control Systems, Air Handling Units, DX Systems, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prompt performance of assigned HVACR and related duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 8000 hours experience as an apprentice.
• Valid driver license; must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
• Valid Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Certified ACR Technician License or a City of San Antonio HVAC Journeyman’s License.
• Recognized and approved Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery License, kept current at all times.
• Motor Vehicle Report, background check, and drug screen required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Technical HVAC Training.
• More than four years in HVAC field.
