Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented summary. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About The Opportunity: description: "To provide maintenance troubleshooting, repair, and installation of various types of HV/AC/R equipment. Performs various construction and repair methods as required to maintain buildings and equipment." - Benefits: list: 37.5-hour work week, 13 paid holidays, 15 annual leave days per year or more based on years of service, 18 sick days per year (with description), health insurance and other benefits, 401(a) retirement savings with 6% employee contribution match, eligibility to continue health insurance, other retiree perks, wellness programs. - What You'll Do (Responsibilities): long list of duties. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: list of abilities. - Requirements: "Valid driver's license Universal Refrigeration License - EPA requires this license for working on refrigerant containing equipment preferred but must be obtained within first year of employment." - Also earlier: "Must have high school diploma or GED. Must have one of the following: A minimum of two (2) years experience in HVAC repairs and maintenance. Duct work installation and refrigeration maintenance and repairs to include electric/electronic repairs preferred. Completion of an associate degree as an HVAC technician. Completion of a 2 year accredited vocational HVAC program Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered All qualifications must be met by the time of employment" That seems like Qualifications. - Pay: "Pay Grade:14" maybe also schedule: "Hours: 7a - 3p". Also "Schedule Full-time". So we have Pay and Schedule sections. - Also "About WVU" is boilerplate? It's about the university, maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But instructions: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About WVU" is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic description; but it's substantive about the employer. Might keep as part of About the role? However we already have About The Opportunity. Could combine? But we should not invent sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: About the role (combining About The Opportunity and About WVU?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Requirements maybe separate from Qualifications? The posting has "Requirements" heading with driver's license and EPA license. Also earlier qualifications list. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have both headings possible. We need to decide based on content. We have: - About The Opportunity: short description. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" long list. - Qualifications: education/experience requirements. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities list. - Requirements: driver's license and EPA license. - Benefits: list. - Pay: Pay Grade:14. - Schedule: Hours: 7a - 3p, Full-time. We should include each if they have specific content. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, etc. Remove "West Virginia University is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "To learn more about WVU, visit wvu ." maybe considered boilerplate? It's generic but could be kept? Probably remove as it's not substantive to the job. Also remove "Job Posting Sep 28, 2026 Posting Classification Classified Exemption Status Non-Exempt Benefits Eligible Yes" maybe metadata; we can drop. Now produce HTML. Structure:
