HVAC MECHANIC

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with building management and other technicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition for manual labor

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
