Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located in Richmond, VA (Federal Building).
Schedule
Monday through Friday: 7:00am–3:30pm.
Pay
- Hourly Pay Rate: $32.96 per hour.
- Health and Welfare Pay: $1,254.25 per month (per CBA).
- HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) hourly pay rate: $35.02 per hour.

Requirements
- Must have a minimum of (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
- Must have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
- Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
- Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
- Candidate must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment.
