About the role

As an HVAC Manager, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $45/hour, depending on experience, plus a $300 sign-on bonus. You will oversee residential and commercial HVAC systems, lead junior team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial systems
• Train and supervise junior team members
• Communicate with clients and customers, explaining technical details clearly
• Order and maintain equipment
• Run pipe and duct systems through homes
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical data (e.g., pressure, temperature)
• Understand refrigeration cycles
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with excellent communication abilities
• Service-oriented with a respectful and professional demeanor
• Punctual, reliable, and takes pride in work quality
