HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
- Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service titan and other trade software systems.
- Ensure that preformed work is aligned with industry standards.
- Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
Requirements
- Knowledge in HVAC
- Residential HVAC experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales background
- Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems

Pay
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $24-$28 an hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
