HVAC Maintenance Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Duties include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
• Perform preventive maintenance checks
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with building management and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic software
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
