HVAC Maintenance - Service Technician

Pay

$25.00 to $32.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Performed service and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air‑conditioning systems.
• Delivered excellent customer service and client care by diagnosing issues and explaining repair solutions clearly.
• Consulted with customers on indoor air quality products, system upgrades, and annual maintenance plans.
• Provided year‑round HVAC service, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
• Read and interpreted wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for accurate system diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborated with the Service Manager to provide feedback on technical training needs, inventory management, and retail pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience – residential and/or commercial.
• EPA Universal Certification (NATE certification training provided).
• Routine maintenance experience and basic sheet‑metal experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lb.
• Certification from an HVAC trade school – desired.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon conditional offer.
