Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems in schools
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely
- Respond to maintenance requests from school staff
- Perform preventive maintenance checks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC maintenance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various locations
Skills
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with safety protocols in industrial settings
