Now hiring for a HVAC Lead Residential Installer at our Murrieta location.
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Residential HVAC installation practices and procedures
- Strong understanding in duct design and CFM flow
- Strong understanding of basic building construction knowledge
- Communicate effectively with customers for payment, system operation, installation concerns, etc.
- Possess leadership skills and is able to work well with and mentor apprentices on proper installation methods
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 2+ years proven HVAC Lead experience
- Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
- Strong organization skills
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
