Responsibilities
- Install various types of residential HVAC systems such as split systems, package units, and mini-splits
- Lead a crew to complete work in a timely manner and under budget
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience as a lead installer
- Acceptable driving record
