HVAC Lead Installation Technician

Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes
• Provide excellent customer service
• Participate in robust paid training and professional development opportunities
• Work flexible schedules, including 9-5 and 4-10 shifts with flexible days off
• Be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3000 and a competitive salary ranging from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications (CT D2, CT S2, EPA)
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Pass a background check and drug test
• A clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hardworking and motivated attitude

Skills

As an HVAC Install Technician, you should have strong mechanical skills, be able to read blueprints, and have a good understanding of HVAC systems. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
