Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC journeyman for projects located in San Diego, CA. This is a full time opportunity with a up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• HVAC journeyman experience
• Residential service technician with 3-5 years minimum experience
• Will be driving van from site to site (must have clean driving record)

Responsibilities

• Fault finding: isolate electrical and mechanical failures in furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
• System testing: utilize digital gauges and multimeters to evaluate superheat, subcooling, airflow, and voltage/amperage draws
• Refrigerant management: locate system leaks, recover and charge systems while strictly adhering to EPA guidelines
• Combustion analysis: test gas-fired equipment for proper gas pressure, venting, and safe carbon monoxide levels
