HVAC Journeyman Installer

Schwartz Heating and Cooling Inc., a respected name in HVAC services for both residential and commercial properties, is seeking licensed and experienced HVAC Journeymen to join our Field Operations Team. Location: Beaver Dam, KY (onsite, based in our local community).

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure systems function properly and meet code requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Participate in on‑call and emergency repair work as needed.
• Complete documentation and reporting accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience.
• Current Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License (required).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and practices.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 to $50.00+ depending on experience, plus a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday to Friday. Weekend and overtime availability required as needed.
