About the Role
As an HVACR Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in heating and air conditioning systems and components will guide them toward a promising career in various industries. We emphasize hands-on learning, so you'll engage in interactive teaching to inspire the next generation to conquer the challenges of modern HVACR technology.

Responsibilities
- Inspire and educate by creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' passion for the HVACR industry.
- Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones aligned with industry trends.
- Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
- Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of practical work experience in refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, etc. (teaching experience excluded).
- EPA 608/Universal certification; OSHA 10-30 highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff.
- Patience and empathy, understanding that students learn at their own pace.

- Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour.
