Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal InstallerLocation: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $25–$35/hour DOE Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our team in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong background in HVAC sheet metal installation. This position requires someone who can work efficiently on commercial job sites while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesInstall commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systemsLayout, fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork according to project specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and construction drawingsInstall fittings, dampers, grilles, registers, and other HVAC componentsMeasure, cut, bend, and modify sheet metal as neededSeal and insulate ductwork as requiredCoordinate with HVAC technicians, pipefitters, electricians, and other tradesFollow project schedules and maintain productivity on the job siteFollow OSHA and company safety requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications4–5+ years of commercial construction experienceStrong commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experienceAbility to read and interpret mechanical plans and blueprintsKnowledge of commercial ductwork installation and sheet metal practicesExperience using common sheet metal tools and equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and strong attendanceMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningMust be available to start ASAPCompensation$25–$35/hour, DOEFull-time, steady commercial construction workOvertime opportunities based on project needsPay based on experience and skill levelApply today!
