About the role

As a Residential HVAC Installer at Central Cooling and Heating, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide superior HVAC installations for our residential customers. Working in a crew of two, alongside an Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently install HVAC systems
• Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service
• Work alongside an Install Apprentice in a crew of two
• Contribute to Central Cooling & Heating's commitment to exceptional HVAC installations, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems and components
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment
• Passing a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Pay

The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and can vary based on project needs, but typically range from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
