HVAC Installer - Installation Technician

About the Role

Bryan & Suns Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. in Wickliffe, OH is looking for a dedicated full-time HVAC Installer - Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll go into our clients' homes and light commercial buildings to install heating and cooling systems, ensuring top-notch service that results in repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in retrofit, renovation, and new construction projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work on a variety of projects, including new systems in homes and light commercial buildings.

Requirements

• EPA certified.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• On-call rotation typically twice a month based on season and weather severity.
• No regular Saturday installations.
• Consistent workflow with overtime is available.
