About the Role
We are looking for a dependable HVAC Installer Helper to assist our installation crews with residential and commercial HVAC projects throughout Boise, ID. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning the HVAC trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist installers with HVAC system installations and equipment replacement.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Assist with ductwork, equipment placement, piping, wiring, and other installation tasks.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Follow directions, plans, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with transporting materials and equipment to local job sites.
- Learn HVAC installation techniques and industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- HVAC or construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely lift and move tools, equipment, and materials.
