For over 30 years the company provides indoor comfort solutions — improving indoor air quality through air conditioning, duct cleaning and decontamination — for schools, police and fire stations, malls, hotels, businesses, and thousands of homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Operate electronic test equipment, jackhammers, tampers, sawzalls, propress guns, drills, grinders, and similar tools.
• Perform ductwork, A/C services, electrical work, and drywall tasks in the field.
• Work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and taking pride in professional workmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate problem‑solving abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $15.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, consisting of base pay plus commission and bonuses.
