HVAC Install Technician

About the role

Nauman Inc., an Ace Hardware Home Services company located in East Stroudsburg, PA, is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician. Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air-conditioning systems
• Complete residential HVAC system replacements
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping
• Work with ductless systems, boilers, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Ensure installations are completed safely and according to company standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete additional installation projects as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience required
• Residential HVAC replacement experience preferred
• Ductless system experience preferred
• Boiler experience preferred
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems is a plus
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Must have basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Dependable and consistent work history
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean, insurable driving record
• At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience

Pay

$20–$35/hour + SPIFFs & Commission, with a sign‑on bonus of up to $2,500.
