Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC installations with precision, following Eco’s proven install process to deliver consistent, top‑tier results.
• Partner closely with a Lead Installer to meet and exceed performance goals while keeping jobs on schedule and customers satisfied.
• Provide clean, professional, high‑quality workmanship that reflects pride in your craft.
• Participate in ongoing training, department updates, and company meetings to sharpen technical and professional skills.
• Perform physical work confidently in a variety of environments and weather conditions.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety equipment.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) while wearing required PPE.
• Effective communication in English.
• Required PPE includes hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, masks/respirators, hi‑vis vest, gloves, and safety‑toe boots.
• Offers are contingent upon passing a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday – Monday, 8 am – 6 pm (four 10‑hour days).
