HVAC Install Lead Technician

About the role

The HVAC Install Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HVAC installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Inspect systems for quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and repair techniques.
• Experience with various HVAC equipment and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
