As an HVAC Service Technician at AllTech, you are trusted to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems—including high-efficiency and emerging technologies—with precision and professionalism. You are the expert in the home. We expect you to act like it.

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing residential HVAC systems. You will be expected to work independently and represent the company in the field.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls
- Confidence working independently and representing the company in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

Pay
