HVAC Install Helper

Barker's Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with experienced installers in the industry
• Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Assist in installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications

Requirements

• Hard-working and willing to learn
• Experience with HVAC (preferred)
• Enjoy working with your hands
• Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
• Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
• Mechanically inclined

Pay

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour + opportunity for commissions
