HVAC Install Apprentice Paid Training Pathway to Lead Installer

Pay

$25.00/hour starting with a progression to $35.00/hour and $40.00/hour or $81,000/year at the 5-year mark.

Qualifications

• Trade school graduates (Perry Tech, Bates, Renton Technical, Lake Washington Tech, Edmonds, and similar programs)
• Hard-working career changers with mechanical aptitude
• No HVAC experience required
• Comfortable with physical work: attics, crawlspaces, ladders, lifting
• Valid Washington driver's license with a clean record
• Reliable, coachable, and respectful in customers' homes
• Eligible for a Washington electrical trainee certificate (will be walked through getting it)
