HVAC Install Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Help Install complete HVAC systems following manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
• Systems include air conditioners, ductless Mini splits, air handlers, furnaces, and more.
• Help Install and seal ductwork systems for optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
• Perform system startups, testing, balancing airflow, and ensure proper operations and there are no leaks.
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and recommend upgrades.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members to ensure all work is being completed on time.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites. Following all HVAC codes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication and customer service skills.
