Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC units according to manufacturer specifications
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Experience with basic HVAC systems is a plus
- Pass a background check
