Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, condensing units, and air handling equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS) to ensure proper system performance.
• Respond to service calls and resolve HVAC issues quickly and safely.
• Check, clean, and replace filters; maintain ducts, ventilation systems, and mechanical components.
• Calibrate and maintain HVAC controls and related equipment.
• Complete maintenance logs, preventative maintenance schedules, and work orders.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and equipment needed for daily operations.
• Follow safety procedures and work with electrical and mechanical systems safely.
• Work closely with a senior HVAC technician and support ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• 3?5+ years of hands-on HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and safety practices.
• Experience working with large systems such as chillers, cooling towers, or similar equipment.
• Able to work independently and solve problems in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM?3:30 PM schedule with occasional on-call or overtime.
• Able to lift, bend, climb, and work in mechanical rooms or outdoor conditions.
