HVAC Filter Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Filter Changer to join our team. The role involves replacing, cleaning, and maintaining filters across various systems to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within school systems, industries, and chain stores
• Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment

Requirements

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters
• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (e.g., screwdriver)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required (company provides room and per diem)
• Successful background check required

Pay

$16–$19 per hour, with bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
