We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting includes: About The Role (we have that). Key Responsibilities. What You Bring (requirements). Preferred Qualifications (maybe part of qualifications). How You Will Lead Success (maybe not needed). What’s On Offer (benefits). About the Location (maybe not needed). Also includes Holiday Pay etc. Also includes "Competitive compensation packages, including pay-for-performance variable pay as well as recognition and rewards programs". That's compensation but not specific pay amount. Should we include Pay section? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits: "Competitive compensation packages, including pay-for-performance variable pay as well as recognition and rewards programs Flexible spending accounts and generous employer contribution to the HSA 401(k), employer match up to 6%, additional employer retirement income contribution (no vesting period), and a nonqualified deferred compensation plan Holiday Pay: 10 holidays and one flexible holiday of your choice." That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section with that info. Pay: they mention competitive compensation packages but no specific numbers; that's vague. The rule says do not emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive compensation packages" is vague but maybe considered filler? It's not a specific number. Might be considered placeholder. Safer to omit Pay section. Schedule: they mention "The position is primarily day shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime, early starts, extended hours or scheduled off-hours work as operating needs require." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also "Preferred Qualifications" could be merged into Requirements/Qualifications. We'll make a Requirements section that includes both required and preferred? Could separate but better to have one Qualifications section. We'll include Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as subpoints? But we must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
for responsibilities, another for requirements (including preferred). We'll keep it simple: Responsibilities list, Requirements list (including preferred). Benefits list. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal. The posting includes a lot of EEO statement at end; we must remove that. Also remove "If you have visited our website..." accommodation line. Also remove "As a proud equal opportunity workplace..." etc. Also remove "Come join us and shape your career! Your work. Your world. Shape them for the better." That's maybe boilerplate? It's promotional but maybe keep? It's not substantive info about role; could be considered fluff. Safer to remove. We need to keep location info? "About the Location Alcoa “Warrick” based in Newburgh, Indiana just outside of Evansville, IN has been present..." Might be considered substantive? It's location info. Could be kept but not under a heading unless we have a Location section. The rules only specify headings for certain sections; we can add other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those are typical. Safer to only include those headings if we have content. Location could be placed in a

under About the role maybe? But we already have About the role section; we could incorporate location info there? However the About the role section currently has description of role; location is separate. Might be okay to add a

after About the role before Responsibilities? But we must not invent headings. We could just put location info as a

after the About the role heading but before Responsibilities. That is allowed as prose. Similarly, "How You Will Lead Success" maybe could be omitted as it's fluff. We'll omit. Now craft HTML:

      About the role

Shape Your World At Alcoa, you will become an essential part of our purpose: to turn raw potential into real progress. The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper & world-shaper. At Alcoa, you will help shape a safe, reliable workplace by leading the team that maintains heating, cooling and related facility systems across Warrick Smelter. This role is an opportunity to combine hands-on HVAC knowledge with practical leadership, daily planning and cross-functional coordination in an industrial environment. You will supervise a small crew of HVAC/facilities maintenance mechanics and coordinate the safe, efficient execution of preventive maintenance, service calls and emergency work. You will plan and schedule the team’s daily activities, support troubleshooting and repairs, and partner with production, maintenance, planning, engineering and other support groups. The position is primarily day shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime, early starts, extended hours or scheduled off-hours work as operating needs require. Alcoa “Warrick” based in Newburgh, Indiana just outside of Evansville, IN has been present in the lives of many families in our community for over 60 years. We’ve grown and we’ve matured together. Now we are looking for our next generation of Alcoans to bring us into the future.

But note we already have schedule info; we might move schedule to its own section. However we included schedule sentence in About the role; maybe better to keep schedule separate. The About the role should not contain schedule if we have separate Schedule section. But we can keep some overview. The rule: do not repeat content? Not prohibited. We'll keep schedule in its own section and maybe keep a brief mention in About the role? Might duplicate. Safer to keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat. So we should remove schedule sentence from About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: describe role, supervision, planning, partnering, location. Let's craft:

      • Flexible spending accounts and generous employer contribution to the HSA.
      • 401(k), employer match up to 6%, additional employer retirement income contribution (no vesting period), and a nonqualified deferred compensation plan.
      • Holiday Pay: 10 holidays and one flexible holiday of your choice.
      • . Now Schedule:

        Schedule

The position is primarily day shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime, early starts, extended hours or scheduled off-hours work as operating needs require.

We must not include Pay section. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, accommodation, etc. Also removed "How You Will Lead Success", "What’s On Offer" we turned into Benefits. Also removed "About the Location" content we incorporated partially into About the role. Also removed "We are values led..." etc. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Let's verify original content: - Opening paragraph about purpose, work-shaper etc. We kept some of that in About the role? We omitted the "Shape Your World At Alcoa..." opening lines. Did we lose substantive info? The opening paragraph: "Shape Your World At Alcoa, you will become an essential part of our purpose: to turn raw potential into real progress. The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper & world-shaper. At Alcoa, you will help shape a safe, reliable workplace by leading the team that maintains heating, cooling and related facility systems across Warrick Smelter. We kept: "At Alcoa, you will help shape a safe, reliable workplace by leading the team that maintains heating, cooling and related facility systems across Warrick Smelter. This role combines hands-on HVAC knowledge with practical leadership, daily planning and cross-functional coordination in an industrial environment." We omitted the first two sentences about purpose and work-shaper etc. Are those substantive? They are more fluff but still part of posting. The rule says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Those sentences are not essential to job duties but are part of posting. However they might be
