HVAC Engineer

About the role

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various facilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing HVAC systems to meet client needs and regulatory requirements
• Installing HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Maintaining and troubleshooting existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues
• Conducting energy audits and implementing cost-saving measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering
• Knowledge of HVAC design codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with HVAC system commissioning and testing
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS)
