About the role
Allied Experts located in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service in a fast-paced office environment
- Handle incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians
- Schedule calls to ensure prompt, convenient service and maximize technician time and mileage
- Forecast days and weeks ahead to keep employees working and on track
- Communicate with the warehouse to arrange prompt delivery of HVAC parts and equipment
- Make phone calls to inform clients of arrival times and notify them of any delays
- Reschedule appointments as necessary
- Verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are satisfied
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years' of dispatcher experience
- Able to read fieldwork orders
- Able to operate Microsoft Office Suites
- Construction experience is preferred, but not required
