About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from in-home consultation through installation and close-out
- Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations, assess system performance, equipment condition, and homeowner needs
- Design customized HVAC solutions tailored to comfort, efficiency, and budget goals
- Prepare and deliver professional, persuasive presentations that clearly communicate value and options
- Collaborate with homeowners to finalize scope, pricing, and project details
- Aid customers with financing options to make solutions accessible
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and sales activity using CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce
- Coordinate scheduling, change orders, and project details to ensure a smooth and successful execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
- Build long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training to continually improve performance
Requirements
- At least 1 year of residential HVAC sales experience
- At least 3 years of in-home sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance targets
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess needs and present tailored solutions
- Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A people-first mindset with a strong focus on client experience
