About the role
Support HVAC systems by handling counter inquiries and assisting customers with maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions regarding HVAC system operations and maintenance.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating HVAC service appointments.
- Handle basic repairs and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
