About the role

Support HVAC systems by handling counter inquiries and assisting customers with maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions regarding HVAC system operations and maintenance.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating HVAC service appointments.
  • Handle basic repairs and troubleshoot minor issues as needed.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
