What You Will Do

As a Project Manager – Control Systems, you will serve as the on-site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and closing building automation and control systems projects for assigned customers. You will own project delivery from start to finish—balancing customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and financial performance.

• Leading the execution of control systems projects, including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and closeout
• Managing overall project financials, including costs, billings, and collections
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout all project phases
• Identifying and pursuing change orders while ensuring proper execution of warranty work
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Required

• Associate’s degree in a technical field with 2 years of relevant field experience or 4 years of equivalent experience in the building automation industry
• Experience programming control panels, preferably for HVAC systems
• Proven experience managing projects
• Strong independent work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computers and related tools

• Experience in the HVAC controls industry
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of project accounting and costing principles
• Hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems
