About the role
The HVAC Controls Design Specialist is responsible for designing and documenting building automation systems (BAS).
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC control systems for new and existing buildings.
- Document system designs using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure BAS integration with other systems.
- Provide technical support and training to building operators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC controls design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BAS documentation tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and building automation systems.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
