About the role

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits (Beginner–Intermediate)
• Safely use hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment (Beginner)
• Basic wiring, sensor installation, and introductory software configuration (Beginner–Intermediate)
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings (Beginner)
• Understand jobsite and electrical safety practices (Basic)

• High willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and procedures
• Attention to detail in documentation, wiring, and configuration tasks
• Effective communication with mentors, journeymen, and supervisors
• Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork
• Basic problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic field environments

Pay

Hourly Base Pay Range: $21.96 - $33.97

Compensation Type: Hourly

This role is not incentive or sales commission eligible.

The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation. Our compensation range is generally based on the national average for the country.
