HVAC Commercial Estimator/Inside Sales

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Order entry and management
• Document creation and management including professional RFI and other communications to clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, suppliers
• Pricing and bidding of construction projects in categories HVAC products
• Calling Queues, Trouble Queues, Open Order Queues, and communicating with customers about project status
• Maintain an organized process to balance customer needs and delivery logistics
• Complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints

Required Experience and Skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, and makeup air design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of prior blueprint experience
• Previous experience using Solar Eclipse
