About the Role
Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions, Inc. has spent years building a reputation that homeowners throughout the Ann Arbor area trust. We're looking for a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor in Pinckney, MI who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and turning conversations into solutions. You'll meet with homeowners who are already looking for guidance, recommend the right comfort systems for their needs, and earn performance-based pay for your results.
Responsibilities
- Travel directly to scheduled appointments with homeowners
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and evaluate their existing HVAC system
- Provide customized HVAC solutions that genuinely fit the homeowner's needs
- Educate and guide customers as a trusted advisor rather than using high-pressure tactics
- Build relationships that lead to closing profitable business and exceeding sales goals
- Maintain strong close rates through expertise and customer confidence
Requirements
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Able to work independently
- Ability to build trust with clients and educate them on the best solutions for their home
- Must pass a background check and drug screening test
