Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate HVAC needs and comfort concerns with homeowners
- Educate customers on system options, efficiency, and long-term value
- Deliver a professional, low-pressure sales experience focused on trust
- Create accurate proposals and present financing options when applicable
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospective and existing customers
- Partner with installation and service teams for a seamless customer experience
- Consistently achieve performance targets while operating with integrity

- Proven success in in-home or consultative sales
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based role
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Professional, customer-facing demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
