About the role
Join Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air as a Comfort Advisor and help homeowners make confident decisions about their HVAC and home comfort systems. This is a consultative, in-home role where you will meet with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through solutions that fit their home, comfort, and budget. No two days are the same, and success comes from building trust, communicating clearly, and helping customers feel confident in their decisions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home HVAC and home comfort consultations
- Build trust and educate homeowners on their options
- Present solutions including equipment and financing options
- Manage the full sales process from consultation to close
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project handoff
- Participate in home shows, community events, and lead opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (in-home or HVAC preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Self-motivated with strong accountability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
