Position Summary
PAC Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners make informed decisions about their home's comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Responsibilities
Customer Consultations
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
- Perform complete comfort evaluations, including system inspections and load considerations.
- Identify customer concerns related to comfort, energy efficiency, reliability, air quality, and operating costs.
- Educate homeowners on available options and solutions.
Sales & Presentations
- Present multiple solution options ranging from repair to replacement.
- Prepare professional proposals and financing options.
- Explain equipment features, warranties, memberships, and maintenance programs.
- Follow company sales process and presentation standards.
- Maintain a high closing percentage while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead Management
- Respond promptly to company-generated leads.
- Follow up on unsold estimates and open proposals.
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
Customer Experience
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every appointment.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication.
- Generate referrals and online reviews.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience or related in-home sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and ServiceTitan.
PREFERRED
- Experience with Nexstar, ServiceTitan, or similar sales systems.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, IAQ products, and heat pumps.
- Experience performing Manual J and comfort assessments.
