HVAC Comfort Advisor
Responsibilities
- Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
- Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
- Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
- Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
- Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
- Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
Qualifications
- HVAC experience is not required, but a plus.
- B2C Sales Experience or aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems.
Pay
The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $60,000 - $225,000. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
