Your Role
You will meet with homeowners to conduct residential HVAC sales consultations, evaluate their current comfort needs, and recommend solutions that fit their homes and budgets. You will educate customers on available options, answer questions with confidence, and create a positive experience from start to finish. Throughout your day, you will build trust, provide expert guidance, utilize company technology to document recommendations, and help homeowners make informed decisions that improve their comfort and peace of mind.
What We Need From You
- In-home sales experience
- Familiarity with residential HVAC systems
- Ability to use company-provided technology
- Serviceability to Lancaster, Buffalo, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, and Amherst, NY
- Customer-facing experience (preferred)
