• Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline
• Document your sales in our trade software, ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with install crews, support staff, and managers to keep jobs running smooth
• Join regular sales and tech training meetings to sharpen your edge
• Pursue certifications if needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team
